The award is based on a comprehensive study by the SZ Institut, the think tank of the Süddeutsche Zeitung, and the market research institute YouGov. More than 950,000 consumer evaluations from Germany were included in the analysis. The focus was on the question: ‘Which brands do customers trust most when it comes to quality?’
What makes this special: the rating is based exclusively on personal experience. With 79.7 points, JURA secured first place, taking the top spot in the small domestic appliances category. The result impressively shows how strongly the brand stands for quality, reliability, and value retention.
